Meet the Team

Riverborn is built by a focused group of people who believe production-grade AI can be designed, deployed, and owned from Bangladesh. Three founders. A team of engineers, designers, writers, and operators. One conviction.

Nasim Uddin
Nasim founded Riverborn on the conviction that world-class AI engineering does not require a Silicon Valley address. He leads the company's technical vision, architectural standards, and client engagements end to end. From first discovery call through system architecture through production deployment, Nasim is the engineer thinking about the problem and the engineer building the solution. His approach combines rigorous systems engineering with direct, hands-on development to build robust infrastructure.
He is the author of Riverborn's productized engagement methodology and the architectural framework references the team works against: Guardian Agent governance, multi-agent orchestration via LangGraph, Deloitte Autonomy Ladder positioning, and production-grade integration patterns. By establishing these structured patterns, he enables our team to systematically bypass the common pitfalls of LLM integrations and deliver deterministic, secure applications.

Nasir Uddin
Nasir leads operations and delivery at Riverborn, owning the engagement lifecycle from contract to handoff. If a project ships on schedule with the documentation and runbooks a client needs, Nasir is the reason why.
He built Riverborn's productized engagement structure and the operational discipline that enables our team to deliver enterprise-grade execution at startup velocity.

Raihan Ahmed
Raihan leads marketing, brand, and market positioning at Riverborn. He tells the story of what we build, who we serve, and why it matters, establishing the clarity and voice that defines the Riverborn brand.
He owns our go-to-market strategy, content positioning, and the narrative architecture that connects our production-grade AI systems directly to the clients who need them most.
Core Team
Beyond the founders, Riverborn runs on a focused team of fourteen. Each person was chosen for craft, curiosity, and how they think about the work. Engineers, designers, writers, and operators who care about quality and ownership.
How We Stay a Team
Most days look the same. Morning coffee, long stretches of focused work, architecture debates that turn into code rewrites, and tea breaks that go longer than planned. Then a few times a year, we leave the screens behind. Bandarban, Sylhet, Cox's Bazar, Rangamati. We break fast together during Ramadan. We play tug of war on the beach. We sit at long tables and eat together. The work holds us together. Everything else is what makes us want to stay.
