Our studio is based in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, where a 15-person team works on real client systems, not prototypes that get shelved.
The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own the visual language of Riverborn across every surface our brand touches. You'll work closely with our marketing and engineering teams to turn complex, technical AI concepts into visuals that are simple, credible, and on-brand. This is a hands-on, in-house design role, not an agency-style ticket queue. You'll have real ownership over how Riverborn looks and communicates.
What You'll Do
- Design graphics and creative assets aligned with Riverborn's brand system, for both Riverborn and its product lines
- Create social media creative: post templates, campaign visuals, carousels, and platform-specific content
- Design website assets: hero graphics, icons, illustrations, and UI-supporting visuals in collaboration with the engineering team
- Design graphic elements for video content: thumbnails, overlays, lower thirds, and title cards, working alongside our video editor
- Visualize technical concepts (architecture diagrams, product flows, AI systems) in a way that's clear and simple for non-technical audiences
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, templates, and design assets library
- Collaborate directly with founders and the marketing team, with fast, direct feedback loops
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showing range across social media, web, and brand design
- Solid command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma
- Ability to simplify complex or technical ideas into clean, understandable visuals
- A good eye for brand consistency: typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects from brief to final delivery
- Based in Dhaka and able to work in-person from our Mirpur DOHS studio
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: up to BDT 30,000/month, based on experience
